PERMISSIONS:

So hey people, I need you guys to post permissions here, mostly because Reyson is a mind reader. Now, he can't read your thoughts directly, but he can pick up feelings and images. For example - if someone is sad that their dog has died, Reyson won't hear 'Oh God, poor Fifi! Why, Fifi, why!!' -- rather he'll pick up images of the dog, feelings of grief and sorrow associated with death. This ability is affected by his surroundings, however, and if he's in an area where there's a great deal of chaotic energy this ability will distort and blend with the atmosphere, reducing this skill.

Oh, and speaking of chaotic energy - herons are sensitive creatures of balance, so Reyson can pick up chaotic or harmonic energy within people as well. Now most people have relatively equal levels of both, more or less, but if you have a super chaotic character, or super harmonic one, and you don't mind Reyson being able to pick up on this, please let me know here, thanks!

OH AND ALSO I guess this sort of fits here, also.. herons have a funny kind of permeating presence. People around them generally feel more optimistic and positive and happier than usual for no apparent reason. It's nothing huge or even super noticeable, your characters will just find that they kind of feel awesome when they're around Reyson. This likely wouldn't work over the journals.

ABILITIES:

♪ Bird form (all galdrar are amplified in bird form; reyson can refresh four units when transformed)
♪ GALDRAR:
- Vigor: Invigorates and reenergizes target(s), granting an extra turn.
- Bliss: Increases target's biorhythm to Max. This is similar to the 'luck' skill, it's varying and subtle and creates a sense of euphoria, generally accuracy and speed are heightened.
- Sorrow: Decreases enemy target's biorhythm.
- Valor: completely refills a laguz ally's gauge, allowing them to transform immediately, or remain transformed for longer periods of time.
- Recovery: Completely heals a target and erases any negative status effects.
- Rebirth: Restores and heals the soul of the listener. This is usually a two-man galdr and cannot be sung alone, unless the harmony in the environment greatly outweighs the chaos, but this is very very rare. This galdr can also heal and restore dead earth and land.

1. Apollo is basically a psychic dead zone, so this probably won't work! Reyson's free to try/notice that, though.
2. Apollo is naturally a harmonic creature because ~symbolic representation of the sun~, but he's damn crazy and unsafe in general, so I'm not sure how he'd read. He probably leans more to the harmonic side.
3. Yes, let's make Apollo be a more pleasant person, please and thank you.

1. Mind-reading/empathy is seriously dampened with Misaka WORST here. She naturally gives off a magnetic field that interferes with mind reading attempts. The strongest telepath in her series can't mind read or manipulate the original Misaka, whose specs are about five times those of WORST. While I'm not entirely sure how good WORST's protection is, it's probably still really good.

2. WORST also tends to be a bit chaotic and is a human collection of the malice in the Misaka Network (an electromagnetic brainwave network that has the memories of 20,000 Misaka clones stored in it). Her unpleasantness and connection to negative thought patterns would probably cancel out the positive effect Reyson might have on her in person. I am okay with Reyson picking up whatever you think he could. (He might not want to be around her much, though.)

3. It might be better to wait till it comes up to discuss any usage of galdrars on her.

4. Have a link to her abilities to get a better sense in case my explanations sucked too much.

he is free to read Henry and Garry's minds as much as he wants!! Although he may find weird things in Henry's head...

also, I presume you know this much already anyway, BUT Henry was noted by Tharja to have a very pure and innocent soul, so he might actually be noticeably harmonic...?! I haven't gotten to Reyson's part in PoR in so long that I don't really remember how this works sldgkf.

1. Noire is a go for mind reading, though may be a bit odd in terms of being chaotic or harmonic. I'm pretty sure when she gets super stressed, she's likely to be more chaotic than harmonic a la BLOOD AND THUNDER.

2. Sharon is also a go for mind reading! More harmonic than chaotic because she's sort of a stabilizing force for the people around her you know the canon--

3. Judith is fine to be mind read, but she is actually kind of ALWAYS TRANQUIL due to the lingering effects of the Circle (tl;dr kind of big Krityan cult thing where everyone shared their emotions and were mostly dominated by calm), so she may be always harmonic I'm not even sure--

Mind-reading is absolutely fine! Morgan's basically the zen master of Empty Headed Bliss, so she seriously has no troubles. It's pretty impressive. But yep, also amnesia, basically she's Weird but very calm about it. He'd probably notice, just because it's such a big part of her identity.

March (

xyresic) has a demon inside of her! Yayyyyy! So that's probably not good on the soul even if it's currently asleep. Her mind can absolutely be read though.
